Process mapping
Workflows mapped as they really run, and an honest build, extend or buy call for each module.
Founcy Solutions' custom ERP software development starts by mapping your real workflows. Then, module by module, we decide with you whether to build, extend an open platform like Odoo or ERPNext, or buy. Finance, inventory and operations ship in phases, with role-based access, audit trails and clean data flowing to every system that depends on it.
Custom ERP software development is the design and build of an enterprise resource planning system around your own processes, rather than reshaping your processes to fit a package. It covers the modules that run the business (finance, inventory, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, HR), the data model that ties them together, the permissions that keep them safe, and the integrations that feed other systems. In practice, the strongest results often come from a hybrid: keep a proven ledger, and build or extend the operational layer where your processes are genuinely different.
Pick whatever applies. We'll use it to decide where phase one should start.

Workflows mapped as they really run, and an honest build, extend or buy call for each module.
One model for products, customers, stock and money, with a module order that starts where it hurts.
A role matrix with segregation of duties and an audit trail on every posting and approval.
Finance, inventory, purchasing, sales or production, built and tested with the people who use them.
Accounting, e-commerce, CRM, payroll, shipping, banking and EDI, with retries and alerts.
Trial migrations and reconciliation reports that finance signs off before anything goes live.
Dashboards and BI on clean data, in Power BI, Metabase or built in.
Training, user acceptance testing, go-live support and planning for the next phase.
The ERP itself sits privately behind sign-in. But it's usually the source of truth for the prices, stock and product data that appear on your website, in Product structured data and in Merchant Center feeds. Nightly CSV syncs let those drift, and mismatched feeds can get products disapproved. We sync on change instead.
Each phase ends with a module in real use, not a status report.
Map processes end to end, audit the data you have, and decide build, extend or buy for each area.
